Alright, so, you wanna know about this Jon Scheyer, huh? Yeah, heard of him. Basketball guy, plays for Duke, or coaches, somethin’ like that. Money? Sure, he makes a bunch. They all do, those fancy fellas with the balls.
Now, I ain’t got no fancy numbers for ya, see? Don’t keep track of them millions like some folks do. But I heard he’s gettin’ a pretty penny. Like, seven, eight million dollars a year? Lordy, that’s a lotta dough! Makes my head spin just thinkin’ about it. What do they even do with all that money, I wonder? Buy fancy cars and big houses, probably.
- He’s with them Duke fellas, yeah. Blue Devils, somethin’ like that.
- Plays ball, or coaches, like I said. Probably coaches now, he’s gettin’ up there in age, ain’t he?
- They say he’s good at it, too. Wins games and stuff.
And he just signed somethin’ new, didn’t he? A contract, they call it. Six years, I think I heard. That means he’s gonna be makin’ that big money for a long time. Good for him, I guess. Long as he’s happy and doin’ what he loves.
Jonathan somethin’ somethin’ his name is. Jonathan James Scheyer. Sounds fancy, don’t it? Like one of them kings or somethin’. Born in August, I saw somewhere. Must be a Leo, then. My sister was a Leo, feisty one she was.
And he’s married, got a wife and some kids. Three of ’em, little ones. A girl named Noa, and two boys, Jett and James. That’s nice, family’s important. Keeps you grounded, you know? Gotta have someone to come home to after a long day of bouncin’ balls and yellin’ at young fellas.
He helps out in the community, too, I heard. Durham, wherever that is. Does good things, they say. That’s important, you know, givin’ back. Can’t just keep all that money for yourself. Gotta share the wealth a little, help folks out.
So, yeah, Jon Scheyer. Makes a lot of money, coaches basketball, got a family, helps the community. Sounds like a good fella, even if he does have more money than I can ever dream of. Hope he keeps doin’ good things and stays outta trouble. That’s all that matters in the end, ain’t it?
