Hey everyone, so, I’ve been messing around with this whole HasanAbi and Kaya thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a wild ride. For those who don’t know, HasanAbi is this pretty popular Twitch streamer, and Kaya is his adorable new puppy. I started off just wanting to make a simple PNG image of Kaya, you know, for fun. I figured it’d be a quick little project.
First, I jumped onto HasanAbi’s Twitch stream to grab some screenshots of Kaya. It was actually pretty fun watching them play together, but man, getting a good, clear shot of a hyper puppy is harder than it looks! I ended up with like, a hundred screenshots, most of them blurry.
After I got a decent selection of photos, I picked the best one and started working on removing the background. I tried a few different online tools, and some of them were okay, but they kept messing up Kaya’s fur, and it just looked weird.

So, I decided to do it the old-fashioned way and manually removed the background in an image editor. It took forever, seriously. I was zoomed in, pixel by pixel, tracing around Kaya’s little body. My hand started cramping, and I definitely got a bit cross-eyed, but I was determined to get it right.
Once the background was gone, I cleaned up the edges a bit, making sure it looked smooth and natural. Then I saved it as a PNG, and voila! I had my HasanAbi Kaya PNG.
Finally Results
It was way more work than I anticipated, but honestly, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. Plus, I learned a lot about image editing along the way. And let me tell you, I have a newfound respect for people who do this stuff professionally. It’s not easy! Anyway, that’s my little story about making a simple PNG of HasanAbi’s dog, Kaya.
