Okay, so last night I was totally stressing out. I needed to know what channel the Golden State game was on. Seriously, it’s a matter of life and death in my house, haha!

First thing I did? Obvious, right? I fired up Google. Typed in “Golden State Warriors game tonight channel.” Pretty straightforward.
That gave me a bunch of links, mostly sports websites and news sites. Started clicking around. Some were useless, just game previews and stuff. Others were like, “Check your local listings!” Dude, that’s why I’m on the internet!
Then I remembered my friend told me something about NBC Sports Bay Area. I went back to Google and added “NBC Sports Bay Area” to my search. Bingo!
One of the links mentioned that NBC Sports Bay Area is the main channel for Warriors games if you’re local. But I don’t have cable anymore. I cut the cord like everyone else.
So, next step? Figuring out how to stream it. The search results also said something about streaming services that carry NBC Sports Bay Area. I saw DirecTV Stream, FuboTV, Hulu, Peacock, and YouTube TV all listed.

Checked which ones I already had subscriptions to. I already have Hulu, so I opened that up on my Roku. Did a quick search for “NBC Sports Bay Area” within Hulu. And there it was! Live!
Clicked on it, and BOOM! Warriors game in all its glory! Crisis averted. Almost missed the first quarter though, haha.
Learned my lesson: next time, check Hulu first. Or maybe just pay for YouTube TV for a month during the season. Gotta figure out which one is cheaper.
Just a quick summary for you guys:
- Started with a basic Google search.
- Narrowed it down using “NBC Sports Bay Area.”
- Realized I needed a streaming option.
- Checked my existing subscriptions.
- Found it on Hulu!
Hope this helps anyone else who’s scrambling to find the game last minute!
