Alright, let’s talk about these Bulls City uniforms. It kinda started a while back, I saw one of the newer ones pop up online, you know? The design just grabbed me for some reason. Wasn’t like the usual red or black.

First thing I did was jump on the official team store. Checked out the prices. Okay, a bit steep, but maybe worth it. Then I noticed, wait a minute, they don’t seem to have my size, or maybe that specific cool design I saw was from last year already. Things sell out fast.
So, I started digging around other places online. You know, the usual spots where people resell stuff. And man, that was a whole other world. Prices were all over the place. Some seemed okay, others were just crazy high, especially for the older City editions. It felt like hunting for treasure sometimes.
Going Down the Rabbit Hole
This whole searching thing got me thinking. Why are there so many different “City” jerseys? It wasn’t just one design. Seems like every year there’s a new one. So, I started looking into it more. Just curious, you know?
I found out each design is supposed to connect to Chicago somehow. That kinda hooked me. It wasn’t just random colors. I spent a good few evenings just clicking around, reading up on the inspirations:

- There was another one, kinda fancy looking, seemed like it pulled from old architecture downtown. Art Deco stuff, they called it.

What I Ended Up With
Did I end up buying that first one I saw? Actually, yeah, I eventually found one in my size, wasn’t too badly priced either. But the bigger thing was realizing how these uniforms are kinda like little snapshots of the city’s story, or at least someone’s idea of it.
